Products
Each piece is handcrafted and may have slight variations in shape, color, and finish. These details are part of the uniqueness of each design and not considered defects.

Custom Orders
Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale. Once a custom order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Returns
We accept returns on standard items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or damage.

Production & Shipping
Custom orders require 2–4 weeks for creation and delivery. This timeline reflects the design and crafting process. Shipping times may vary depending on order volume and design complexity.

Repairs & Care
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper wear or care. If your piece needs repair, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Liability 
Ash & Alloy is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages related to the use of our products.
